Our Complaints Procedure

At Horizon West Africa we are committed to providing the highest quality services with the utmost transparency, integrity and accountability.


We take any complaints or concerns, whether from customers or third parties affected by our services, extremely seriously and will always aim to deal with them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Each complaint will be dealt with by a senior member of staff. 


If you:

  • Wish to provide feedback on Horizon West Africa 
  • Feel our services could be improved
  • Are in any way dissatisfied with our services or our conduct


We would invite you to provide us with details. You can do this by sending an email to info@horizonwestafrica.org. Please provide as much detail as possible about your concern. 


You do not have to provide us with your name or contact details, but we will not be able to contact you in relation to the issue or provide you with feedback on its resolution if you do not.
